This episode was recorded live in the BTRV For Mental Health at an annual (except for through covid) even I have put on each year where we invite people to show up, enjoy the park and hug. And talk. And show support for those living with a mental health matter.
We heard a lot of stories today from those who showed up. And on this edition of Bumps In The Road, we hear from Christa and Karen. One is an on air member of my radio station, the other is a friend from college. They just met today at this event and that connection instantly made a difference for both.
This podcast is a little slice of each of their experience with a mental health challenge. As always, I want to find out what keeps them hopeful... What keeps them moving forward despite a few bumps in the road...
